Tracking group emails

With Mailtrack Advanced, you can track who's opened emails sent to groups of people.

 

How to track group emails

First, upgrade to Mailtrack Advanced (if you haven't already done so). Then, send emails to a group of people, either in To, Cc, or Bcc.

 

When someone in the group opens your email, Mailtrack will tell you who in the group has opened it.

 

Are there any limitations?

For the moment, group email tracking won't work for:

• Scheduled emails.
• Emails sent to more than 50 people (instead, use Mailtrack Campaigns).
• Emails sent from your phone.
• Emails sent to team email addresses e.g. [e-mail].

Group email tracking won't work for emails sent before upgrading to Mailtrack Advanced.
