The Activity Dashboard is a centralized location where you can view all of your email and document tracking data for your account.
The Activity Dashboard is divided into different sections:
Email Tracking: See tracking data (email opens and PDF views) for the emails you’ve sent. You can filter to view all emails, unopened emails, or last opened emails. Emails are automatically sorted by the date you sent them. You can download a CSV file of your tracking data from this section of the dashboard.
Click Report: See data specific to tracked links you have emailed, including the recipient of the email, the URLs of your tracked links, when they were last clicked, and the total clicks for each link. You can download a CSV file of your tracking data from this section of the dashboard.
Campaigns: See tracking data for campaigns you have sent including the subject line of the campaign and when you sent it, the total number of recipients, the percentage of recipients who opened the campaign, and the total number of recipients who opened the campaign. You can also click each specific campaign to access more detailed analytics that include link clicks and PDF views. You can download a CSV file of your tracking data from this section of the dashboard.
Documents: See all data for tracked documents you have sent. You can view the document’s status (Shared or Unshared), the PDF name, whether or not it has a confidential watermark, its expiration date (if applicable), the email containing the document, the number of recipients, and the number of recipients who viewed the document.
Email Productivity: The Email Productivity section of the dashboard is where you can see statistics about your own email behaviors. You can filter by time period and see the number of emails you’ve sent, the number of recipients you’ve sent emails to, how many emails you’ve received and from how many senders, what times of the day you send your emails, your average response time, and much more.
Contacts: This section contains a list of people you have contacted, and it also includes when you last contacted them and if they have unsubscribed to your emails. You can download a CSV file containing these contacts from this section of the dashboard.
Templates: Mailsuite allows you to create and save templates to make your emailing process more efficient. Any templates you create in Gmail can easily be saved to Mailsuite and they’re accessible in this section of the dashboard. You can also share direct links to your templates with team members to collaborate.
Integrations: The Integrations section of the dashboard is where you can connect Zapier or your external CRM, including Salesforce and Hubspot.
Settings and Privacy: In Settings and Privacy, you can configure your Mailsuite account to meet your needs. This is where you can change your settings, customize your notifications, manage your Mailsuite subscription, enable or disable mobile features, and delete your account.
