Sometimes you may receive an error when trying to pay for a Mailtrack subscription.
If that happens, don't worry! The error should only be temporary and should disappear if you try again later.
If you continue to receive errors when trying to make the payment, however, then you should either:
- Check with your bank or credit card company to see why the payment is not being accepted.
- Try to pay with a different credit or debit card, or...
- Try paying via PayPal.
