Normally you'd need to buy a subscription for each email address. If you centralize all your email addresses in a single master email account that has an active Mailtrack subscription, however, then a single Mailtrack subscription will work perfectly with all your email addresses.
How to centralize all your email addresses in a single email account.
You need to be able to receive emails sent to your secondary email accounts in a single master email account and be able to send emails as your secondary email accounts from your master email account. To set this up:
To receive emails sent to your secondary email accounts in one single master email account:
1) Open each email account in Gmail, and go to Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP>.
2) Select Add a forwarding address and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
To send emails as your secondary email accounts from the master email account:
1) Open the master account in Gmail, and go to Settings > Accounts.
2) Click Import > Send email as:, select Add another email address and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
