Real-time notifications on your phone (Android and iPhone)

With Mailsuite, you can get real-time push notifications for opened emails on your mobile phone.

Using push notifications for email opens on mobile offers several key benefits:

How to activate real-time push notifications with Mailsuite on Android

1. Open the Chrome browser on your phone and go to the Mailsuite website.
2. Sign in with the Gmail account you use with Mailsuite. 
3. A pop-up window will appear asking you to activate "Real-time notifications on your phone".  Press "activate" to receive push notifications, and you're all set!

  

Note: If you don't get the pop-up mentioned in Step 3, you can also enable this feature by going to your Mailsuite settings and activating "Real-time notifications on your phone”.

Real-time push notifications for iOS

Real-time push notifications are not currently available for iOS devices. However, you can enable real-time desktop notifications for your desktop device and real-time email notifications in your Mailsuite settings that will be delivered directly to your inbox. Read this article for how to configure your notification settings.

1. Open the Chrome browser on your phone and go to the Mailsuite website.
2. Sign in with the Gmail account you use with Mailsuite. 
3. A pop-up window will appear asking you to get "Real-time push notifications on your phone when someone opens your email".  Press "Enable".
4. Add Mailsuite's dashboard to your phone's home screen. Tap the share icon below the pop-up that appears at the bottom of the screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the share menu and tap “Add to home screen”.
   
   *Please do not skip this step and ensure that Mailsuite is added to the home screen of your mobile device. Without completing this step, notifications will not function properly on iPhone devices.
   
   5. Allow Mailsuite (Mailtrack) to send you notifications on your iPhone.
   
   
   
   6. When real-time notifications are activated on your iPhone, your iOS device name will appear on the Mobile settings page of your Mailsuite dashboard.
