Mailsuite’s real-time desktop notifications alert you in real-time when someone opens your emails.
This feature is particularly useful if you want to use real-time email tracking for your email campaigns.
How to enable desktop notifications
Desktop push notifications are enabled by default. You can choose to enable or disable them in your Mailsuite settings.

How to allow notifications in Chrome
Sometimes, it may be necessary to allow notifications in Chrome’s notification settings.
As Google’s Chrome Help Center explains, you can complete these steps to allow notifications in Chrome:
- Open a new tab in Chrome
- Copy and paste chrome://settings/content/notifications into the address bar
- Scroll down to the Allowed to send notifications section
Click Add then type “mailsuite.com” in the text box of the pop-up that appears
How to mute notifications
You can mute desktop notifications using the options in the notification itself or in your Mailsuite notification settings.
When you receive a real-time notification, you have the option to Mute this conversation or Mute all notifications. You can select your preference.
In your Mailsuite settings, you can enable or disable the notifications you no longer wish you receive.
