Upgrade to an Advanced team account
To upgrade to an Advanced team account you can either:
- Sign up for an individual Mailtrack Advanced plan first then convert it into a team account in the team section of your Mailtrack dashboard**. Or...
- Buy a Mailtrack Pro team account via the pricing page on our website* then click Upgrade to Mailtrack Advanced in the Mailtrack menu inside Gmail.
Managing your team account
Once you've bought your team plan, you can add/remove users from your team, and increase/decrease the number of users that can be included in your team**, in the team section of your Mailtrack dashboard.
*Option not available for customers who paid using PayPal, or who signed up to our anniversary/Cyber Monday offers.
**Increasing the number of users in your team will result in a pro-rata charge being made to the credit/debit card linked with your subscription.
