To make Mailsuite’s tracking technology even more useful for you, you can easily see when an email gets multiple opens. Mailsuite tells you this by showing the email as Active.
Multiple email opens can help you know when the recipient is interested in the content of you message, whether it’s about a sale for your ecommerce store, a quote or project proposal, or a cold email that promotes your services.
When an email appears as Active in your inbox, this means that it has been opened and/or replied to less than an hour after you sent it. If you hover the mouse over the green 'Active' text a tooltip will appear, showing an explanation of why Mailsuite considers the email conversation to be Active.
Remember that you can view each email's open history directly in your inbox, whether you’re on a desktop or mobile device. You can also view more tracking data about your emails in your Mailsuite Dashboard.
