After you install Mailsuite on your desktop, you can also take it with you anywhere you go by installing Mailsuite for mobile. However, it’s important to note that you must have Mailsuite installed on your desktop in order for the mobile add-on to function. Installing Mailsuite for mobile allows you to send tracked emails from your phone and view each email’s tracking history. The installation process only takes a couple minutes, but the add-on may not work as expected if it’s not installed correctly. The most common error, "Something went wrong when executing the Add-on," usually appears when the mobile add-on isn't correctly installed.
The steps to resolve this error are as follows:
- Log in to your Gmail account
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner of your inbox
- Click Manage Your Google Account.
- Select Security in the left navigation
- In the third-party apps & services section, click See all connections.
- From your list of connections, select Mailsuite.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the arrow next to Delete all connections you have with Mailsuite.
- Then a pop-up will appear. Click Confirm.
- Finally, re-install the Gmail mobile Add-on based on the steps in this FAQ.
