Mailtrack’s desktop notifications alert you in real-time when someone opens your emails.
This feature is particularly useful, for example, if you want to have track real-time email tracking for email campaigns.
How to enable desktop notifications
Desktop push notifications are enabled by default.
You can also switch them on or off in your Mailtrack settings.

How to allow notifications in Chrome
Sometimes, it may be necessary to allow notifications in Chrome’s notification settings.
As Google’s Chrome Help Center explains, you can allow notifications in Chrome by:
- Opening a new tab in Chrome.
- Copy/pasting chrome://settings/content/notifications in the address bar.
- Clicking Add then typing mailtrack.io in the text box of the pop-up that appears.
How to mute notifications
You can turn off desktop notifications using the options in the notification itself.
There's the option to mute a single email conversation or all desktop push notifications.
